1st of all you go to blogger.com and than you can see

Step 1:

Step 2:

fill the form and click ,continue

Step 3:

select you blog title and then select blog URL and click, continue
Step 4:

choose your template of your choice and click continue,
Step 5:

and now your blog is ready and live for writing  content,Click on Start Blogging.
Last Step 6:

write some thing in the text area  and then click publish post and then your post is publish for world.
